Shipping Policy

 

What You Need to Know

Your items are wrapped safely with care in a box, bubble wrap and biodegradable peanuts to prevent travel damage. Packing and shipping typically takes place between Monday and Thursday. We ship via USPS and the majority of packages arrive with 3 business days from being scanned by our local post office. No packages will be mailed on Friday or Saturday due to USPS closure on Sunday. 


Once your order has been fulfilled, please allow 2--6 business days for your product to reach it's final destination. Also be aware that shipping may take longer due to Covid-19. Current processing time is 3-4 days. You will receive email notifications once your package ships.(Please know that once your package has been handed over to the post office, we have no control over when it's scanned in or how long it takes to get to you.) Most packages are delivered in their regular timeframe, but there are instances of packages taking a bit longer. Shipping is only available in the United States and will soon be expanding. Please stay tuned for updates.

​Return & Exchange Policy

We believe in always doing what is best for our customers. This is why we do not accept returns or exchanges due to COVID 19. In the event of a lost or stolen package, you must file a claim with USPS as your package is covered with them. USPS will do everything in their power to trace the package and hopefully locate it. We do not cover lost or stolen packages. If your package is stolen, and it  was verified by USPS then we can honor a replacement with a discount from the original package. The package will then have to be mailed to a different address or request signature. If you can’t find the information you’re looking for - please don’t hesitate to contact us today!
